I went shopping with a friend for window blind at Mr Price. He found what he was looking for, but did not know how to hang it as there was no instructions visible. He approached a the sales person who at the time was standing at the door. He asked her the question, but she was not very responsive, as she was busy with her cellphone.
We then proceeded to the cash desk, where there was only one cashier at the time. When it was our turn to pay, the transaction took look. The Cashier, Lezel Hendricks did not acknowledge, apologise or explain why there was a delay. She only explained after my friend asked what was the matter. I ended giving cash to my friend to pay for the purchase, No thank you or any apologies. Customer service should be the same standard, whether the customer is young or old, rich or poor. At the end of the day, we are the ones who bring the money.
