Vodacom has charged me on my contract double the amount that I was supposed to pay in July. They said they will refund me within 14 days. Its over 2 months. Iv called in over 8 times and emailed multiple times. Have it all for proof. They keep giving me a new date of when the money will be in. There's still nothing. Every person I speak to ensures me that the problem is solved and even mails me the new statement. But they just refuse to refund
