Double charged due to mistaken late subscription

I have been a Vodacom customer for the past 10-12 years and never had any problems except for their outrageous high service fees. The past 6 months now I am having major problems due to double/overcharging as a "penalty" fee because Vodacom does NOT stick to arrangements of deducting on the agreed date of the 7th of each month. I arranged with their call center personnel to deduct my normal monthly fee on the 7th of each month. But instead I have been receiving phone calls from them stating that I am in arrears because they keep on deducting on the 1st of every month and I am being double charged as a penalty because they refuse to deduct the service fee on the arranged date. Now each and every month I am being doubly charged due to ONE late payment a few months back, and now my phone service has been suspended altogether.
I AM NOW SO FURIOUS WITH VODACOM THAT I AM MOVING ALL MY BUSINESS TO THEIR COMPETITION DUE TO THEIR UNPROFESSIONAL ATTITUDE.
My contract is over end July.
