Vodacom- double billing!!

I have used Hello peter as my last resort for this enquiry as Vodacom do not seem very interested in sorting this problem out!!!

Vodacom has double charged me for the same contract over the past year and nobody in your call centres are able or willing to sort this out correctly.

Vodacom are not even able to pick up the phone and discuss this with me, I get a short two line email (from the accounts) telling me that they cant find anything else but a downgrade on their system.

After numerous proof of transcripts between myself and vodacom I have not had any feedback.

I would really appreciate it if someone that is willing to help me can get this problem sorted out once and for all!!!
