Pathetic service

Time after time MTN manages to disappoint so many loyal customers, including myself. I have been on the line on two different phones for 45minutes waiting for a consultant to pick up. What makes this matter even more urgent is that my phone broken and isn't charging any more.

Not sure if MTN even cares about after sale customer satisfaction or if it's simply a "lock you in to a 2 year contract then ditch the client" scenario?

This is utterly pathetic and if it wasn't for the few months I have left with MTN I would have canceled any connection I have with this mediocre, unsatisfactory and good for nothing service provider.
