Cell C
Pathetic service

Hello Peter. This is a continuation from my last complaint. I was dealing with Ruth from cell c and she said that there is nothing she could help me with and the head of the technical department would have to contact me. That was three weeks ago. No one has contacted me. I am still waiting!!! I am still not at all happy with the service of cell c. I think they are a pathetic service provider, which supplies very bad service. If cell c do not give me a phone asper the last complaint, since I am still paying for a blackberry contract, I will move to another service provider. The cell c connection is also a huge problem, I also have to phone people twice before they can can hear me and visa versa. Sometimes I have no connection at all, it is so unreliable. What a pathetic company!!!
