WRONG PHONE DELIVERED

I applied for a contract phone online with Cell C, everything was fine with regards to the application untill they delivered the WRONG PHONE.

I then contaced the lady who assited me with the application and was told i would need to re-apply for the contract phone and barring in mind that it might not be approved as it will show as if im taking a 2nd phone. and to make things even worse i have to wait for the carrier to come collect the phone 1st before i can re-apply for the one i initially wanted.

the phone was delivered on Wednesday and i responded imidiatly abtthe incorrect phone... till today they havnt came to collect the INCORRECT phone
