MTN IS PATHETIC!!

My xperia arc cellphone was sent for repairs for the 6th time since my contract began. It was given to MTN on the 13th of December and I told the person working at the store that this is an urgent matter. Today I was told that the device is still not repaired as it is awaiting spare parts. I need the device by THURSDAY, 2 JANUARY 2014 for urgent matters. I am prepared to pick up the device from any MTN store nearby, even if it is NOT REPAIRED. The phone is required for extremely urgent matters. Please arrange for the phone to be collected at any nearby MTN store on or before THURSDAY, 2 JANUARY 2014. Also the screen is faulty now for the third time!! Why can you not provide me with a replacement, or a new phone and I will pay in the difference. Your customer service and lack of care of your customers simply exaggerates the inferiority of your brand and is utterly despicable and appalling. PLEASE DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS ISSUE.
