I've been a MTN customer for the last 15 yrs. In Jan 2013 I changed from Blackberry to iPhone, I called MTN insurance in Jan to make the change. I've been paying my insurance every month AND a phone bill of not less than R1, 500 a month. I want to claim insurance and they still have me on Blackberry after calling to have my insurance changed. Now they have lost the call records. They refuse to pay out! Can somebody pls contact me urgently to sort this out, the call center is just passing the buck

Pls will somebody get back to with regards to this situation! I received my monthly bill, still MTN is deducting my insurance payments?!
This is absolutely ridiculous!
It's been almost a month and still ZERO RESPONSE!
What gives MTN the right to take my money and refuse to give me what I am paying for?!
It's!!
