Why apologise for bad service, them don't respond

Almost 2 months since someone was suppose to contact me, still no one has. Why apologise for inconvenience when no one wants to resolve the situation. I want to this contract cancelled, who can I contact? As no one will contact me.

What appalling service.

Utterly Disgusted: Still have not been contacted as mentioned by Supplier response. How can a company apologies for break down in service, then continue to give no service? The response must be automated. Still no solution. Disappointing!
