I have phoned several times to sort out this account after my cellphone was. The first time I got told there was nothing outstanding. I phoned again and got told there was 1200 outstanding. I paid the 1200 in full over the next for months. then they deduct an unauthorised amount of 1550 from my bank account as Telkom (well I don;t have an account with telkom didn;t know that 8ta was rebranded to telkom mobile). I reversed it as i didn't know what It was. They handed me over to NUdebt. I have never received any documentation either by email or post to indicate that I owe anything. Surely the onus is on 8ta to provide the correct invoices and statements and actually communicate with me before arbitrarily handing me over to debt collectors. the number in question is 081 484 6664
