Firstly i called the company mobimoola about 4 times holding for 15 minutes wanting to register with the company then on the Friday the 04/10 i managed to get hold of a consultant that hepled me register and processed my application and advised me that i was to receive my client code and pin within 48 hours, until today i have never received those details and have called back more than 3 times speaking to different consultants who promises that the details will be sent withn that day i called everytime i called however that has never happen i would like to know what more can a person do to get feedback because i keep on being told that i will be called back but that doesnt happen. if i can just get feedback that's all im asking if you cant manage feedback how do we even move to the next step.
