PATHETIC SERVICE AND NOT LISTENING TO CLIENT

My BlackBerry broke last month and I gave it in for repairs. My phone is also insured I first dealt with a lady called Adele when I handed my phone in. She advised it will take 4-6 weeks with the claim etc, which I was fine with. I advised her that I do not want another BlackBerry and she advised that I can take another phone, she said if it is above what the insurance will be paying out then I can top the amount up with my own money. On Friday 6/12 I got a call from Karen that my device was ready for collection. I called back and was advised that a BlackBerry was delivered for me. I advised them that I did not ask for a BlackBerry and their insurance people never called me either. They said that my request for another cell phone was not noted and I was apologized to and promised that this will be sorted and a courier will fetch the phone on Saturday. I got another call again this morning asking me to come fetch the BlackBerry... SO WHAT WAS PROMISED ON FRIDAY TO HAVE SORTED OUT NEVER HAPPENED. I want this to be resolved, I DO NOT WANT A BLACKBERRY, I want another phone. SORT OUT YOUR COMMUNICATION OUT IN THE BRANCH. Don't call me to collect a phone that I did not ask for.
