No Stock on Insurance Phones - Randburg

I have several contracts with Altech Autopage. A month ago my daughters Blackberry was and at the same time my iphone 5 developed a fault. I went in to Randburg Branch where they agreed to swap the iphone since it was faulty and also agreed to replace the Blackberry since it was insured. I find myself a month later with nothing further having happened since the insurance division 'has no stock'...

In the meantime I have paid both contracts and insurance for the past month for what? This is an unacceptable situation and the branch has been helpful but the problem doesnt with the branch. AT no stage have I even been offered an alternative phone or been given an indication on when 'stock will arrive.
