New Z10 Out of Box Failure - No Replacement

For the first time I ordered a mobile phone via MTN Direct's website on 22 September 2013. Four day's later the phone was delivered by RTT. Just to find out that the phone does not work. The next day I sent Kgosi an email and after a telephonic conversation was informed that I need to take the phone to Brooklyn Service Centre. When I got there I was told they cannot exchange it as they are on a different system. Contacted Kgosi again and he said RTT (courier company) will collect it and once processed will be delivering a new phone. This was on 1 October 2013. Every time I need to contact MTN Direct/Kgosi as I do not receive any feedback. Today, 16 October 2013, the broken phone has still not been collected and I am sitting without a phone. This is the worst service I have ever gotten from MTN. I want this contract o be cancelled and will move to Vodacom rather.
