My latest cellphone account shows a daily charge of R7.00 for something that I have not subscribed to. Apparently it is a subscription service which I may have detected earlier if I had actually received something. In summary: Cellspice are charging me for something I didn't subscribe to AND they are not delivering what they are charging for. and!
