Wait more than a month for Internet connection

Week of the 4th Feb 2013: Ordered a Wi-Fi Router & Contract from Cell C.
21 Feb 2013: Router arrives via courier. Charge router, router doesn't come on.
23 Feb 2013: Take router to Cell C outlet. Cell C outlet confirms out-of-box failure; informs me that they can't replace it; only Cell C Direct (the online/telephonic order department of Cell C) can.
25 Feb 2013: Phone Cell C Direct for replacement. Inform me that they have no branch. A courier will collect it.
1 Mar 2013: Phone again to inquire when courier will come. After 18 minutes waiting, assistant answers. Informs me that courier will come 5 or 6 Mar 2013. Also informs me they will repair, not exchange router. Keep in mind that this was an out-of-box failure, and repairing will mean another week, more likely 2 weeks.

That is 5 to 6 weeks waiting to get Internet which is necessary to my business.

To top it all of, they only send automated response to email, but never answer. Call center takes 15 to 20 minutes to answer every time when you select "follow up" option. When you select "new customer" option, they answer immediately.
