LACK OF SIGNAL ON PHONE AT HOME AND OFFICE

CONTACTED CELL C CUSTOMER SUPPORT 15/10/2013 (REF: 3101500356) REGARDING NO SIGNAL AT MY HOME/OFFICE AND CALLS BEING DROPPED, NO ONE FROM CELL C EVER CAME BACK TO ME. 29/10/2013 SENT A COMPLAINT TO GET CLOSURE, BLANCHE OPPERMAN CONTACTED ME ON THE SAME DAY AND FORWARDED DOCUMENTS TO COMPLETE AND RETURN TO HER. THESE WERE COMPLETED AND RETURNED TO HER AND RECEIVED A CALL FROM KGOSI FROM NETWORKS DEPARTMENT 04/11/2013. KGOSI ASKED ME TO COMPLETE A DOCUMENT AND RETURN IT TO HIM, THIS WAS DONE. TO DATE I HAVE STILL NOT HEARD ANYTHING FURTHER FROM CELL C REGARDING MY PROBLEM DESPITE A FURTHER FOUR REQUESTS VIA E- MAIL TO KGOSI COPYING BLANCHE OPPERMAN. I AM PAYING FOR A SERVICE THAT I AM NOT GETTING, CUSTOMERS CAN NOT CONTACT ME SO I AM LOSING BUSINESS AS A RESULT. I AM SICK AND TIRED OF WAITING FOR SOMEONE FROM CELL C TO CONTACT ME, I WANT THIS CONTRACT CANCELLED AS SOON AS POSSIBLE AND WILL NOT ENTERTAIN ANY FURTHER EMPTY PROMISES FROM CELL C DUE TO THERE LACK OF SERVICE.
