Incorrect invoice- and NO interest from MTN to fix

I took out a brand new data contract from MTN about 2 months ago. On the first invoice an incorrect charge appeared, even though the simcard have not even been inserted into the device.
I took this up with the MTN salesperson in Canalwalk, who acknowledged MTN's error (due to an external company charging a recycled number), and promised that I will receive a credit nore before the end of the amount. The amount was less than R100, so I was not too worried that MTN would not comply.
Enters Warren Slabbert from the Data (t.h.e.f.t) department. Before the next invoicing run Warren contacted me, and made it quite clear that this is not MTN's fault, and that the external supplier would need to refund me. Even thought the charge I received is on a MTN invoice, and the money would be taken by MTN...
While this debate goes on, the next invoice is sent to me - with another dishonest content charge of R1000!
Again, Warren "cannot" send me a credit note.
Warren assured me that this would be corrected in the NEXT cycle, and that the correct amount would be deducted from my bank account - but it has been made very clear how much value could be attributed to MTN's assurances.
