I am subscribed to the unlimited voice package. i was told by the sales person that i needed to contact the call centre to activate the free unlimited data and sms service which i did. the following month i received an invoice on my bill for 1198 for the supposed free service. i queried it with him and subsequently logged a call at the call centre. i was assured that the matter would be resolved with 72 hours. this was on the 05th of november 2013. to date i have not received a call or correspondence from telkom. no credit passed on my bill either. the following month i received the bill again. i spoke to the billing supervisor maphangk, mohlatt as well as timmt at the call centre to no avail. ref no: 7073293
who else can i complain to as telkom is clearly not interested in assisting me.
