On the beginning of October I contacted the call centre with the request to move our church landline and since I did not have the street address the lady suggested to take all my contact details and assured me she will contact me 16h00 that same day however no call was received, again on the 8October contacted the call centre now with a request to cancel the landline, I was being transferred frm pillar to post and was on hold for almost 30minutes and only to told I must send an e-mail whch has not been responded to till today as our church was renting a building that we have now moved from, this is do pathetic coz now I will have to pay a lot of money for no services rendered.
