Still waiting on my landline to be moved

Hi, it is completely disgusting that in 1 month Telkom still can't move my landline over to my new residence. You schedule an installation date with me and either no one shows up or I receive a phone call early in the morning to tell me that the installation can't happen as the technician doesn't have access to the property where the main box is. Should you not rather get hold of the the owner of the property first to gain access before you set an installation date with me just to cancel it again? This is really bad service. I need a regional manager to contact me with regards to this issue, as it's clear neither that the call centre staff or the technicians know how to escalate problems.
