Beyond irritated!!!

I have a question. Why does your call centre phone me on my cellphone to ask me whether I have a telkom line? If you just checked the records of the street address you would have found that we already have one.

Please do your homework before phoning me again about products that I already have .. WITH YOU!!!.. I have even received phonecalls on my telkom landline asking me if I would like a Telkom landline. I mean really???
