I moved premises on 1 January 2014, I contacted MWEB by phone mid-December to request transfer of my ADSL line. I was told to contact Telkom as the landline needed to be transferred first. I contacted Telkom and they said my ISP needs to transfer the ADSL line, after 2 weeks of being pushed from pillar to post I eventually got hold of Telkom again now for the 3rd time and it was stated to me that MWEB needs to cancel the ADSL portion of the line only then can they transfer the voice line. Once again contacted them they say okay they will cancel and sent me a reference with incorrect account number, got me mixed up with someone else. I then contact them again had to re-send the cancellation form, it was only cancelled 20/01/14. I then get billed for January and February which I am refusing to pay as had no service due to their mess ups, they then credit me from 20/01/14 - February. I then check the bill and being charged much more than the web site states. I get a phone call from MWEB today stating that they will not credit me for the balance of January even though I had no service. I told them I want nothing more to do with them, the reply I will get someone to contact you.
