Waiting weeks for a reply on a upgrade

I upgraded my cell phone last week Monday, and I did a new application for another cell, and they told me that would take 2 days... I was told it would be available on the Tuesday or Friday, and now its 8 days later and no news,
I phoned on Friday and the lady I dealt with was rude, but firstly I have been leaving messages for days without anybody returning my calls.

I still have not received any feedback and they they are avoiding my calls, if I call from another number they answer, somebody needs to sort them out fast..
THE SERVICE IS PATHETIC
