In August 2012, I experienced some technical issues with my website and proceeded to log calls with MWEB. They took several days responding to me with emails that suggested they had found resolution to the issue, but each response from them was more daft than the last one and what they made sound like a resolution was more just a stab at what they thought may be a good answer. Suffice it to say, my web administrator spent hours of his time trying to tweek the system to fix the technical issue, which he did - no thanks to the emails from MWEB. They were of no help whatsoever! This past week the same issues have arisen. Email to MWEB has gone unanswered and when anyone actually cares to get back to me another week of the problem will have passed by! Since MWEB only seem to react to these posts, I am hoping that I'll hear from them ASAP. Sadly it may be too late, and I'll have found another web hosting company that does care!!
