I am at my wits end with Mweb - I work for a professional company which has never had any problems with Mweb until this year.
Anna, the "account Manager" and Shawn the "Sales Manager" needs training in etiquette, how to handle queries, how to answer emails and how to phone a person back. Never in my life have I received such bad service from anyone - these people do not care about keeping the client happy. Why does it take a week & 1 day 3 emails for the account manager to get back to me as to why the application for 1 new mailbox is taking forever? Why does it take 1 week & 2 days, 2 emails, 1 telephone conversation and 10 unanswered calls to the Sales Manger and I still do not have and answer to this simple question??? WHAT IS GOING ON HERE?
I would like to officially lay a complaint against these 2 people. I need someone from Mweb to contact me asap as this is the fourth time I've had this experience with these people in 6 months.
