Appalling Service from MWEB!!!

I've been an Mweb customer since 1999 when I quit permanent employ and started my business and until recently have had great service. In the past 2 years I have had far from pleasing service but the past year has been absolutely attrocious. I will not do a long post but the long and short of it is that earlier this year I lost almost a week's work due to an mweb problem that was blamed on Telkom. Last week I went without emails for 2 days only to find out that my domain name had been cancelled (due to an internal administrative incompetence) for which I received a bad attitude, was transferred from pillar to post and lost a client. This week I have been trying to get help since Monday for my web designer to load my website and after countless emails (took mweb between 12 and 24 hours to respond to) phone calls and again being send from pillar to post; the last email I received today was that for my query to be resolved - I quote "it will take on average 3 working days to complete. During this time the website and emails will be inaccessible."

I would like to know if anyone said the same thing to mweb that they couldn't conduct business for 3 days what their response would be?
