Mweb quick to sign up clients... then NO delivery

I have logged a query on Friday, 31 May, regarding uncapped hosting and Website SelfBuild. Three phone calls later - made to Thulani (morning of 31 May); Rosheen (afternoon of 31 May), and Shuneez, probably the rudest and unhelpful of all on Monday, 3 June - and still no response or resolution.

Why do you sign up customers for a service you cannot provide?! Considering NO ONE at MWEB calls to update with a call, or responds to the emails sent, maybe you can just do the job and get things working?
