I would like to thank Simone from sales support for taking her time to understand my MWEB billing issue and actively helping me resolve the billing issue I had with MWEB which I had been trying to rectify since December 2012.
I hope MWEB gives her some recognition for her fantastic customer service, which I had not experienced with MWEB at all. I was just about ready to cancel the entire contract with MWEB for the ADSL all inclusive package.
She contacted all the relevant departments on my behalf and explained the situation to each department that was required to get involved, to avoid me having to explain myself over and over again. My previous (numerous, at least 20 via calls and emails) interactions with MWEB call centre agents were very unhelpful in that they passed on the responsibility to contact another dept to me, when MWEB should've been responsible.

Another agent did assist me back in December in changing my billing date to 6 December, when my modem hadn't been delivered, unfortunately I didn't get her name.
