I have had issue with my potable phone reception fir months. I have called the call centre 3 time over 3 months Oct - Dec 2013, asking for someone to check the signal in my area with promises of feedback - with no one bothering to reply. on 18 Jan decided to go into the walk in centre in Midrand. They wanted to swop phone but had no stock and ask me (the customer) to drive to fourway to find stock. I refused and arrangements wrer made to deliver the phone on Monday 22 Jan 2013.By Wed 24th i called them to find the delivery instruction and AGAIN promises of feedback before EOB on the ETA. Well it is Monday 28 Jan, have not heard fron anyone and I am about to call them once again to find out what is going on. CANNOT WAIT FOR THE 12 MONTH CONTRACT TO BE UP!!! CANCELLATION IN ORDER ASAP.
