Absolutly SHOCKING Vodacom

Hi -

Let me start by saying how my nightamre with Vodacom has not stopped but gotten worse aftre it has been escalated, have you ever felt ignored, totally disrespected, misunderstood - total disregard? if you DONT want to feel like this i suggest you DONT user vodacom -

It has been over 3 weeks and all i have had is a complete run around with my phone, have been promised this and that and NOTHING has been delieverd, my friends think this is an absolute JOKE on how handle complaits, service etc.

I have NO confidence in this service provider any longer .. dont be a fool like me .. rather use another service provider they cannot handle obviously the current customer base ny spinning and making people hold on the phone for over 15minutes and maagers never return or keep there promises .. this is my second HelloPeter comment about them and my SAME issue

VODACOM you should be ashamed .. poor service .. poor feedback and simply a poor in total 0/10
