I am a holder of 5 Vodacom contracts. The last one taken out last week the 25th of January 2013. On the weekend I have started using the phone and found that if I press the space bar, the button is making a funny scraping sound, a sound that would suggest the button doesn't fit there. I took the phone back today, 28 Jan 2013, (4 days) after receiving it, just to find out that they do not swap it immediately for a new phone. They first send it away and I will have to sit 2 to 3 days without a phone!!! Lovely 7 day return policy if you ask me. This is my second complaint against Vodacom on this site and I had enough now. New supplier, that is all that I will do after being 15 years with Vodacom. Absolutely poor poor poor poor service, and I will let a lot of people know this!!!
