Incompetance and lack of consideration

When my new phone arrived with a 'Micro Sim' which does not fit in the phone sent to me, I then requested that they send me the correct sim card (64ksim) to allow me to use the new phone received... about 2 weeks later I finally get another sim card and lo and behold it was yet another "micro sim card" so I call back on 09.10.13 and they tell me the correct 64k sim card would be express delivered to me by Fri the 11.10.13 safe to say I still have not received my sim card but I've already been billed so I figure let me take this into my own hands and visit the Gardens store Cape town and the technician tells me that I need to purchase an adapter for the micro sim card hmmm no I will not pay for a mistake that up until this day cannot be resolved he then tells me oh well all the new phones will be using the micro sim card soon anyway news flash my phone does not use it yet so I want what I paid for, silly me thinking if I went and bought a sim card they could do a sim swap lol nooooo I was fooling myself according to the contact centre I need to purchase a R105 sim to do a sim swap... I am dumbfounded to say the least and very disappointed I've been a very loyal customer for years.
