Vodacom charge but no phone delivered

3 Years ago someone phone me regarding a cellphone contract, I except and they promise to deliver the cellphone at home. I was not home on the day of delivery, when my wife wanted to except the parcell on my behalf they refuse and said that she need a copy of my ID. they promise to return the next day, but they never did. Im paying R135 each and every month for the past 3 years, I went to Vodacom Springs were they promise me to sort out the problem. NOTHING happend. I phoned Vodacom head office and spoke to one of the supervisors she investigate the case and also realised that the phone number 0827246183 was never used. she also promise to solve the problem and cancel the contract that i never received or signed for. All the proof is there, but till today NOTHING was done to rectify the mistake/problem. Im at the point were I'm going to take legal action if they dont refund and cancel the contract. This is poor service from both the Springs branch & Headoffice. Vodacom is a service provider that makes promises and dont deliver. I will think twice before I upgrade on my current contract...
