I applied for a cellphone contract via vodacom on the 07/02/2013, I was advised that i would receive my phone in within a week. Today is the 20/02/2013 and i still do not have my phone in my possession. I have called vodacom numerous times since then (holding on the line for almost an hour at a time, and only to be transferred to different departmenst all the time), i finally get hold of the 'confirmations department' where i am told that the person that is handling my account (Lauren) does not have a direct line and cannot take my call. it has been almost 2 weeks and vodacom has not even done confirmation of employment for me, Is this customer service or a joke?

I spoke to someone (cant rememebr name) from vodacom on Monday, and avised my problem, the operator himself told me that this is poor service and advised me that someone will call me in 24 hours and the matter will be escalated, guess what still no call from vodacom.

This is poor from such a huge service provider in SA, dispicable.
