After a million attemps to get help from vodacom, I'm still sitting with all the documents I told to get, with nor help from them, and it looks I won't be getting anytime soon. All I ever asked from them was for them to meet me halfway and try to work together in finding my phone, and not just any phone, a phone that will cost me over R12000 when I'm done paying them. Even the detective that was assign to my case, has thrown in the towel, cause I simply can't anyone from the vodacom side to help us. Now that I know for sure that it is possible for the service provider to obtain information of a candidate that is using my phone, all that I was asking for, was for vodacom to at least ''try'' and help, if they fail, then I will accept it, but for them to fail me before they even tried to help me, is more disappointing. Vodacom is worse than the actual thug that mugged me. I have been with vodacom since my first phone and was always happy with them, guess it true what they say, all is well, till you break.. I will definetly be changing my service provider, after 10 years. Vodacom don't deserve me as a customer. I'M VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND TREATMENT.
