Approved still waiting for phone

I applied for a phone, spoke to kefiloe Vodacom Midrand. Was told Ram will be delivering still waiting. Nobody has phoned me since to confirm delivery. I had a lady from Vodacom contacting me regarding my complaint on Hello Peter until now still nothing. This complaint will be going to my local media as the service stinks
