VODACOM HAS MADE MY LIFE FOR 4 YEARS!!!

I am so FURIOUS right now, i have no words! To cut a LONG story short, last year, Vodacom was overcharging me for data. I spoke to many consultants, went into the store a couple of times, etc etc - only after logging a Hello Peter complaint did I get any assistance. During this period i refused to pay the amount i knew i was overcharged for & typically they canceled my account! After logging the Hello Peter complaint they admitted they WERE overfilling me and reimbursed me R4000!!! They then reactivated my account after causing me weeks and weeks of stress! I took my phone in for repairs in December & was told that when Vodacom activated my account they didn't reactivate my insurance! I have ALWAYS had insurance! My phone has now been sitting there since december, I have paid the insurance up to date & they have STILL not approved my claim! Over & above this, the lady in the Hello Peter dept told me i had been over billed for years & was on the wrong package - we had a LONG conversation about loading EXTRA data 2 my package which i approved! I was told id have an extra 1-2 gigs of data every month which has never been loaded!!! Pls call me asap!!!
