Vodacom's staff has NO respect for clients time

After waiting and complaining and sending and phoning Vodacom with numerios queries, I reported my complaint on hello Peter, thi staff member of Vodacom phoned me and appologized about everything that happened and said he will phone me back in 5 minutes.( after this is one of my complaints is that NO one not one singl person at Vodacom can just atleast get back to a customer, although they promise to phone back after 5 min) thi is most probably the 1st line that their call centre staff gets trained, with the list of people I've spoken to and how many ended the discussion by saying I'll come back to you after 5 min, it's going to be the joke of the year once I have my recordings and proof this to the public. O and by the way it's more than a month ago that thi lattest one said I'll phone you in 5 minutes... it was in the beginning of Dec and still have I heard NOTHING!!! and my whole complain is they way how Vodacom goes against the National Credit law and they still don't even bothe
