WORST SERVICE EVER!!!

I applied online for a contract on 18 November 2013, Elaine phoned me we spoke Afrikaans, my application was approved and I spelled the delivery address for her also in Afrikaans which is in Wonderboom. A week later on 25 November 2013 I phoned call centre to find out what is taking so long?? The lady informed me my delivery address was in LYNWOODRIDGE??? So RAM (who will also be reported) Ram didn't even phone me on 20 November 2013 to tell me they will do the delivery that day and never phoned me when they couldn't find the address!! If you can maybe explain to me how this works then it is a miracle!! You do record your calls so please go back to the 18th of November and tell me if Lynwoodridge ever was one of my words!!! Maybe I am the stupid one but I highly doubt it!!
I have resubmitted the delivery 4 times now and still it is a problem!! I switched from MTN to get better service from Vodacom and with a huge shocker Vodacom's service are WORSE!!! I never expected this from Vodacom and will certainly not recommend this to anyone that's using another service provider.
Now I have to go through everything again and am still waiting for the call agent to phone me back because th
