I upgraded my Vodacom sim card earlier today after having received a call from one of your customer care consultants, Eugene.
Having a Blackberry, I now cannot activate my BIS and after purchasing bundles, my BBM and other apps are still not working. I would like to cancel the contract upgrade but can't find contact details of the customer services anywhere online.
