Bad account management and payment process

I received my new phone from Altech Autopage in July (after waiting since May for a response from the Account Manager wrt progress of my application). I didn't receive the colour phone I wanted but I was happy to accept what I got.
Since then, every month I receive an SMS or two telling me that the Direct Debit hasn't gone through and another SMS telling me the service has been disconnected and I will be charged R49 for reconnection.
I have phoned them EVERY month since asking why I get this SMS only to find out the Account Manager hadn't loaded the correct bank details and was then assured that the DD would go through the 1st of every month. Just today I received another SMS telling me that I must pay immediately and a second SMS to tell me that I'm a cash paying customer.
This is after I've been assured two months in a row that the DD will do through on the 1st.
What a joke - I've never dealt with such incompetence in my life.
And the reception I get from the person on the other side of the phone is hostile and doesn't make me feel any more assured that I won't have the same problem next month.
