I am actually now of Multichoice - actually multiCRAP. for the past 4 months I have ried to change my banking details from FNB to NEdbank as i have moved my account to NO avail. Last sunday - 20 October i physically went to he call centre in Randburg to do this in person and the lady who assisted me at counter 44 assured me that the details were updated and also escalated to Finance Manager as to why this has taken so long. After that I paid the R635.00 that I was told was required for the reconnection at Checkers and the servife was reconnected. Today to my surprise I am disconnected again and told I have to pay R2000 by this Mercy Muvhango to reconnect. Now Since when has a month's subscription been over R2000.00 then she was shouting at me telling me that this account is with credit control as I am stupid and not paying my account. on sunday I was at the customer care, Monday on the phone with call centre on tuesday on the line with call centre all assured that the debit order is loaded and the next payment is due on 28 october. I am really sick and tired of this on and off and then expect me to pay reconnection fees. Why cant someone just sort this account out once.
