Still paying after cancellation

We activated "my account pro" on the Autopage website, without knowing that we would have to pay about R20 extra each month for this service. When we checked our bills and found we were being charged for the service we cancelled it immediately. This was in October 2012. We received a confirmation e-mail telling us that the cancellation will be effective within 2 to 24 working HOURS. Guess what, when I checked my last statement, we were still paying for the service, months later. I sent an e-mail to Autopage on 5 February 2013 telling them to correct this and pay my money back, I immediately received an e-mail telling me that someone will contact me within 24 hours. And I am still waiting for someone to contact me today, since I want my money back and I am porting my number in March when this contract expires.
