I was first disconnected on 15/7/2013 for refusing to pay for itemized billing i had not received. An investigation was done (ref: 1307161002) and the amount was credited as this was an Autopage mistake. I was reconnected two days later to be disconnected an hour later for the same issue. To be disconnected the next month for not paying my reconnection fee. Every month since I have been disconnected for reconnection fees not being paid; I refuse as this is stems back to the original fault. We have been passed from Charene to Malcom to now Sharon unlike the other two Sharon has sat on this issue for three weeks now. all this time I'm paying for services not rendered. Everytime they change my ref number like it is a different issue (A1307193533; A1307223923; A1309162484) I have now been threatened with blacklisting. Every month I pay R17.54 payment Admin fee for the privilidge of paying cash, to receive a notification stating i will now be charged a R15 for payment administrative fee to not have a debit order. will i be refunded the R2.54 a month for a year and half? will I be refunded for the 11 days ive been wrongfully disconnected and will this incompetence from Autopage ever end
