I have been struggling with Autopage since November 2012.They just one day decided that I am not allowed my discount anymore and over charged me the last 2 month of my contract. The day I received the incorrect bill. I phone them and spoke to a consultant, I said i needed this corrected before the debit order goes off my account. The consultant assured me that it will be done. Like all the consultant assures you it will be done but they do nothing. At end of the month the incorrect amount was deducted. When I phoned again and requested to speak to the manager I was put through to 7 consultants until I was put through to an extension that just ringed until it cut out.
I have stopped there debit orders which cost me bank charges and have send numerous emails and faxes but NOBODY bother to respond. Even though you receive a responds saying that a customer service consultant will contact you with in 24hrs. Today I have sent my last email and fax and stated that if they don't respond with in 24hrs, I will accept that they agree I don't owe Altech Autopage anything, because i am still waiting for the credits to be passed. I am done.
