Account details not changed since June

I have never dealt with such incompetence and rude bunch of individuals in my life. I have never missed a premium with bayport till June when the were issues regarding change of bank details. I spoke to a very rude consultant names Mbali, I later requested to speak to her manager and was transferred to Brandon who calmed me down and assured me that she will be dealt with. He then took my new bank details and assured me that they would be changed and I agreed to a double debit the following month. Well sad to say its been 3 months and my bank details have not been changed and no email from Brandon. My account is now in arrears by 2 premiums because of his incompetence. Last month I called the billing/collections department as I needed to log a complaint, I was told by a manager Abigail that she can't log a complaint I need to call client services. Lack of accountability much? Since then I have received calls from another consultant to assured me that they would listen to the recordings and this would be forwarded to a senior manager 3 weeks in and nothing?
