MTN sick jokes

Hi

Is MTN in a habit of playing sick jokes on its customers or what...? My billing info on account A2998100 is incorrect for the past two months. Your crooked MTN direct call agents upgraded my contracts and put extra services without my consent and now I am paying huge amounts of money for staff I did not request. I have mailed and called your useless customer service hotline numerous times asking you to sort this mess out but you keep on passing the bucket.
