I phoned Vodacom customer care line last month after the 15th requesting them to change my debit order to the last day of the month and they debit my account on the 2 Sept my arrangement was the 30 of Sept I m not happy about their service as it is not my fault to update their system when I talk to them they are so rude and the want to penalise me after this contract I don't see myself with Vodacom, staff at Vodacom they are not helpful
